At Delagator, Quality is a way of life and an integral part of our
"cultural DNA." Because we practice Quality in everything we do, every
one of employees has a strong orientation, understanding, and
appreciation of Quality practices and how they relate to internal and
external environments.
Our Total Quality program is managed by a dedicated Quality department
composed of industry experts as well as process experts. Working closely
with each business unit, this department is responsible for promoting
and managing various Quality initiatives across the organization as well
as leading new customer-oriented best practices.

Six Sigma
A data-driven approach to quality, Six Sigma allows us to respond
quickly and effectively to your needs and improve our corporate
processes. It also equips our employees with advanced analytical and
statistical tools to monitor and control work processes.
Balanced Score Card
The balanced scorecard management system enables organizations to
clarify their vision and strategy and translate key findings into
action. Delagator uses this approach to continuously improve strategic
performance and client satisfaction.
Business Continuity

In the time that we has been in business, we have never closed
operations as a result of an emergency situation, whether natural or
political. In fact, our highly secure, robust and agile infrastructure
has been rated "best-in-class" during customer satisfaction audits.
The key to our success is our proactive approach and continuous
evaluation of risk: we have invested significant resources to develop a
robust Business Continuity Management System. To further mitigate risk
and ensure continuity, we spread our resources over our worldwide
locations. We also employ highly trained Crisis Management Teams devoted
to documents, data and systems/facilities at all our offices. Each
office is physically secure and has appropriate environmental controls
to protect your data and our systems.
Multiple Redundancies
In the event of a major electrical disruption at our data facility, we
maintain multiple levels of redundancy. In a worst-case scenario, the
entire premises can run on generator-supplied electrical power for five
days, at peak capacity, with all systems running, without refueling.
We also maintain multiple high-bandwidth Internet connections from Tier
1 suppliers and have redundant core routers, switches, firewall systems,
and other network equipment in a high availability configuration.
Critical data is backed up regularly and stored off-site. On-line
backups are also provided for user data via a leased line connection to
a server in an Internet data centre.
Data is secured using globally-recognized encryption mechanisms.
Commercial firewall solutions have been set-up to provide secure Virtual
Private Network (VPN) connections to the client. Within the Local Area
Network (LAN), security is provided via 2nd level firewall solutions as
well as Virtual LAN (VLAN) set-ups. |
