FAQ

Which Subscriptions choices are best for me?

Select from any of the categories to the left of this page, and then select the professional assistant pack (or packs) that best suit your needs. The 10, 40 & 80 hour subscriptions allow you to use those hours within any month, depending on what suits you best. Upon the rollover date, we will debit your card for the next monthly subscription. The date you subscribed is your ongoing rollover date.

Can I upgrade my subscription hours?

Sure you can. We understand that some months are busier than others. If you choose upgrade throughout the month, just logon and purchase the subscription of your choice. We will remind you when you are nearing 90% of your hours so you can make that decision.

Can I downgrade my subscription hours?

No. Sorry. We have already provided the staff and resources to cater for your monthly needs.

Who does my work?

A multi skilled pool of staff is assigned to your account needs. Our goal is to retain customers and staff, so a supervisor monitors your teams’ work. All of our staff are highly qualified and well educated. We work as a team!

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Anytime.

Does Delagator provide a Refund Policy?

A seven day trial period to evaluate service applies. If you are not happy with the service, you can cancel the membership on or before the 7th day and balance of any outstanding amount will be credited back to your credit card.

Is Delagator going to get too busy for me as they continue to grow?

No. Delagator wish to keep a personal relationship with quality customers. When you employ us, your team wants to see your business succeed. As a result of helping some businesses become successful and save significant costs, some of our customers have even provided our teams with large bonuses, and offered incentives. (Not that we ask for them)

Do you have a Pricing Policy?

Delagator © Ltd has set the pricing of subscriptions at what is deemed to be a 'fair and reasonable' market rate. Delagator © reserves the right to increase prices at anytime as a last resort if necessary. Notice will be given in advance of any price changes.

Can Delagator © Terminate my Account?

Yes. Reasons could include illegal activity, pornography, uploading of virus infected files or questionable material. If deemed necessary, for the reasons aforementioned, Delagator © reserves the right to terminate accounts at will.

What is the security of the data I send to Delagator?

Client data security is of highest priority at Delagator, ensuring complete security of data during transmission. All agents work stations are 'dumb Terminals'. No hard disks or other storage devices for local data storage are available. Security guards on exit and entry. Agents are not permitted to carry any documents/paper out of their work area. They are also prohibited from bringing personal gadgets like mobile phones or PDAs to the work floor. No communication can occur except through Delagator web portal.

Does Delagator using a 128 bit SSl encryption?

Yes, Delagator is using 128 bit SSl encryption.

What is the Data Backup Integrity of the information Delagator holds?

Backup of data is the sole responsibility of the customer. Delagator © will accept no liability for the loss of customer data through general use, hacking or server failure. Delagator © will be responsible however for ensuring regular backup of the server itself. The servers currently backup 4 x daily and weekly to both local servers and a remote server location. 14 day retention and historical backups are available.

What currency is used?

Is there a management fee?

A monthly management fee of $15.00 (plus applicable government taxes) will be deducted from your pre-paid subscription. That’s less than the cost of providing in-house staff with coffee, tea, sugar and milk.

I want to have my work done overnight or the weekends to make me look good, can Delagator do that?

Yes we can. Our standard hours of operation are AEST 9 am – 6pm. For work that you urgently need outside these hours, a 10% surcharge will be debited against your prepaid subscription.

How long is my monthly subscription?

Regardless of how many days there are in each month, your account will be debited every 30 days.

My tasks will mostly be business tasks. Can I sneak in a couple of personal tasks?

Of course. We do not distinguish between business or personal tasks. (Unless you are part of a company subscriber that instructs us not to do personal tasks.)

Can I allow my girlfriend/ secretary/ colleagues/Employees/ Family/ use my plan?

Sure! Just provide them your pass code details (Unless you are part of a company subscriber that instructs us not to do personal tasks.)

Are all of the services included?

Yes. If you selected for example Graphic Artist, and only had need for about 20 hours of his work, you can avail of personal assistant or any of the other services included in your subscription.

How do I best communicate with my Delagator team?

Be precise and exhaustive on what you need. Be very clear on what is expected. Convey project specifications and issues between both parties without misunderstandings creeping in. Work with, do not impose. Once you outsource, Delagator is part of your company; treat us that way. Give our staff a sense of 'ownership' of their tasks; you will be surprised at how they will save you more than just money! Appreciate and encourage good performance. Be realistic, and treat the consultant with respect, as this is essential to a good working relationship. Establish good lines of communication. There can be many things that can cause problems here such as; language barriers, time differences, cultural and economic environment differences. It is crucial that all parties can understand each other. Pay attention to cultural differences. Provide training support via different media, and openly discuss all matters. Renegotiate, if changes expected are of critical nature. Plan transitions, recognize and adapt to changing market trends.

What is offshoring?

Offshoring is the practice of relocating business processes to another country as a means to decrease staff costs while increasing productivity. This allows greater time and capital to be deployed to the core competencies of a business.

Is there a difference between offshoring and outsourcing?

Offshoring is the practice of hiring workers in another country other than where your company is located. Offshoring is an extension of you and your company. Your offshoring staff acts as your employees, whom you manage just as if they were next door. Outsourcing is the practice of buying products and/or services from a third party. Outsourcing can take place in the country in which you are based or in another country. Wherever you contract these outsourcing services, they remain a third party vendor. An example would be a computer manufacturer who outsourcers their need for memory chips to a third party. This works well for certain industry segments but in the knowledge economy and the human services industry, offshoring is the most effective method for extending your workforce, affording you input and control at every level.

Who is Delagator.com?

Formed in 2007 by a group of Australian executives with extensive IT and operations experience, as well as outsourcing and offshoring, Delagator provides offshore staff leasing services across the globe. What sets Delagator apart from the others?

What about the worker's qualifications for the job?

Delagator is an industry leader in hiring and recruitment. We sponsor job fairs. We host local computer technology usergroup meetings in our own offices. Whatever your needs, we find the right employee. We receive over a minimum of 60 new resumes per day from highly qualified candidates. We only hire well-trained and experienced individuals to be part of your company and let them handle design and development projects for you. Most of our staff has a four year advanced degree and practical experience in the workforce. Our standards require that they attend on time, dress professionally and are eager to work.
Our workers are all fully dedicated professionals.

How can I feel confident that my business goals will be accomplished?

Unlike the more typical approach, we actually help businesses build their personal staff that is at all times controlled and managed by your own assigned staff supervisor/s and YOU. Why expose yourself to potential cost overruns and project surprises with a third party vendor? The peace of mind that comes with our fixed monthly pricing allows you to focus on the goals at hand, creating and maintaining control over your product and/or service. Therefore, your business has complete control over the development of the product and/or service from start to finish, leaving no surprises or unexpected expenses that can accrue with subcontractors. There are many benefits available to having your own direct team. Who is accountable for my staff?

The Supervised Team Method used by Delagator is unheard of in the industry. You are actually assigned a supervisor, along with his name and skype address. Delagator provides you with the personal attention you need to maximize your team's potential. The supervisor has superior skills in management and the specific job skills required of your staff. The staff supervisor is your primary contact and is 100% accountable to you for your team's work. You issue your checklist of job duties to your supervisor and they delegate them to your staff team. This supervisor holds the ultimate accountability for your satisfaction!

What time zone do I have to communicate in?
